Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(How do I make milk tea?),it will help you,my kids.

I've had it at Bubble Tea and I've read about it in books (apparently it's consumed in Afghanistan?), and I'd like to know how to make it (without the tapioca bubbles.)

Answer:
Here are two recipes and the link is where I found them. My advice would be to get the loose leaf tea, not tea bags. The tea bags are the left overs and usually not of the best quality. (unless of course it is a high quality tea company) I like to add the sugar to the tea before the milk.

Milk Tea Recipes
Recipe #1: Make a tea concentrate by doubling the amount of black tea leaf and brew a mug, or a half or full pot of tea. Fill pre-heated mug 2/3 full of brewed tea, add hot milk, and sweeten. Full bodied teas, such as our Assam Blend, English Breakfast, Irish Breakfast or Africa Morning are ideal.

Recipe #2: Add 1 heaping teaspoon dry tea leaf to 1 cup boiling water in saucepan and simmer for 1- 2 min. Add a little less than one cup of milk to tea mixture. When milk comes to a boil, remove saucepan from stove immediately and strain the “milk tea” into your cup, mug, or pre-heated teapot. Sweeten heavily!
oh i noe how.!
ummm.
1.)make some tea. let it heat up for like 5-10 min.
2.)pour it in a cup with some milk.
3.) add some kind of not liquidy milk don't noe what that's called.
4.) add another kind of milk still don't noe what's it called.
5) stir it up and here you go!

sorry i don't noe the name of those milk>.< wish i could translate it in english.
I just thought that the first answer was pretty lame. That didnt help at all. Im only saying this because I want to know how to make milk tea too.. its so damn addicting.
This is the south east asia's version of milk tea usually done by the indians. Boiling water poured over a tea bag, let it steep for 5 mins. stir a little, pour 5 teaspoons of sweeten milk (you can get it at the store, it comes in a can), stir for 1 minute (gotta stir long other it won't taste good, try it then you'll know what i mean).

Enjoy!
In that part of the world they do not brew plain tea in teapots and then add things to it .... they take one part tea and one part water, bring it to a boil, add loose tea leaves and some sugar and bring it to a boil once more... then
they like to "aerate' it by pouring from one tumbler to another.
Sometimes it is made with fresh ginger or a green cardamom pod.. or cardamom pod, 2-3 cloves, and a
cinnamon stick ...(India) In fact, the last mentioned is often
brewed in just milk, and is called "Doodh Chai"
i know the milk tea inindia is called chai. i make mine by taking a microwave safe mug full of milk, add a black tea tea bag, add cardamom to taste, heat until hot, add honey to sweeten to taste.let stand/steep to desired strength.
enjoy while warm
