Answer:
Kimchi sours over time, depending on the vegetables and spice you use.
Sounds like kimchi isn't your favorite food. Well, before you throw in the towel, give it one last try. Here's a recipe for Crispy Pork and Kimchi Pot Stickers.
My wife made this just last week for some of my co-workers who had announced their dislike of kimchi. They ate this up.
If you drink, these pot stickers go very well with a glass of ice cold beer.
when it already tastes sour..
LMAO.
Omg that's funny. I lived in Korea for 3 years, that stuff is rank!
You can't tell when it's rotten.
If it's Kimchi, it's already rotten, lol.
GOOD QUESTION!!!
I would guess when it walks out of the refrigerator by itself!
the fresher it is, the better it tastes, to me...but I suppose when the flavor is so overpowering that you can't stand it, you ought to throw it out?
we really know it has gone bad when black spots appear on it or when green mold grows on it lol
if its sour then its fine it usually will last until it is all eaten so i dont think u have to worry about it cuz it lasts a realllyy long time
When it starts smelling GOOD!
when it smells opposite... ooh uh! i dont kimchi...plz
