Answer:
This my homemade recipe sweet and sour sauce for pork
4 tablespoon white vinegar or rice vinegar
2 tablespoon ketchup
3 tablespoon of sugar (adjust the taste)
1 teaspoon soy sauce
3 tablespoon of chicken stock or water
1.5 tablespoon of corn starch
1) mix all the ingredient in a bowl, heat up the mixture with a small sauce pan over low heat, stir gently till the mixture is thick, try the taste and adjust it, remove from heat, set aside
2) heat wok or frying pan over medium heat, stir fry some garlic & ginger with onions for 1 to 2 minutes, add pineapple & green pepper, then pour the sweet & sour sauce, stir fry quickly then add the fried chicken or pork in the wok, toss to combine, add 1 teaspoon of cooked oil to make the sauce shiney.
3) Serve with steamed rice

Ingredients:
# 2 - 4 boned skinless chicken breast halves
# 1 medium or 1/4 lb. onion, halved
# 1/2 green pepper
# 1/2 red pepper
# 4 stalks of celery
# 8 to 20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
# 1/2 to 1 C sweet and sour sauce, boughten or homemade*
# 1 t soy sauce
# 1/4 C cashews or peanuts
# Hot cooked rice or rice noodles ("Annie Chun's" brand)
Direction:
1. SLICE all vegetables and chicken into 1/4 inch wide strips. Using the food processor works great for this!
2. MICROWAVE combined ingredients in a 2 quart microwave safe, covered, casserole dish on high for 6 to 8 minutes or until no pink remains in chicken, stirring once. Drain juice well.
3.STIR in pineapple chunks, sweet and sour sauce and soy sauce. There is a really easy Sweet and Sour sauce recipe on this site!
4. MICROWAVE, again, on high 2 minutes or until mixture is heated through. Stir in cashews or peanuts.
5. SERVE with rice or rice noodles and sprinkle with chow mein noodles. For dessert serve fortune cookies! Makes 4 servings.
6. SUGGESTION: One can add mushrooms, tomatoes, green onions, garlic, celery, chicken seasoning and/or chow mein noodles! Or, try using pork instead of chicken!

ok, i have learned that these online recipes do not work well, here
is my recipe.
fry(deep) chunks of chicken
then, while they are crispy, mix them in a sauce of chinese sweet and hot sauce (its not even hot) and some orange marmalade (no presevatives) i think that if u want the best taste, experiment the sauce, add more orange or chilli, make sure to write it down so you have a recipe!
enjoy!
