My STAKE? Well, not through my heart.

Now if you mean STEAK, as in meat, you just can't spell: I take it medium rare with the juices still flowing. Smothered in ketchup. With a side of hashbrowns.

I like it well-done but there have been studies that link grilling meats at high temperatures to certain types of cancer. medium well-to- well done. (i like it pretty cooked thru but with a slightly pink center.) then with melted butter on top and some type of herb sprinkled on that. you've got my mouth watering!!

I like it cooked out on the grill with herb and garlic seasoning, very well done, and then cook some onions and mushrooms in a skillet with butter and put on top...............HEAVEN!!!

i love my steaks medium rare and cooked with adobo and sazon seasonings, sauteed mushrooms and onions on the side. A good staek never needs a sauce..
