1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Three-fourths cup chopped pecans(I have also used chopped hazelnuts - great flavor combo with the chocolate)
Whipped cream, for garnish
CRUST

Combine the cream cheese with one-fourth cup sugar and vanilla,
mixing until well blended.
Melt chocolate pieces in top of double boiler over hot water.
Stir melted chocolate and beaten yolks into cheese-sugar mixture.
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in one-fourth cup
sugar and fold into chocolate mixture.
Fold in whipped cream and pecans. Pour into baked crumb crust.
Before serving, decorate top of pie with whipped cream.
Makes 8 to 10 servings
