5-10 GREEN jalape?o or serrano chilis, (if you want your sauce milder take the seeds out first! - If you like the flavor of chili, use serranos!)
4-6 GREEN large "tomatillos" (Mexican GREEN tomatoes)
1-2 handfulls of cilantro leaves
3-5 (roasted) garlic cloves
1/2 chopped>chiles,tomatillos,onion,garlic... for extra heat -roasted-preferably-saute with a little oil to marry flavors and puree in blender return to skillet and add fine-diced onion -cilantro and cumin will compliment the sauce - dont add too much it will make it bitter ---heat and use with whatever or cook with whatever-
You need green chili.
6 roasted jalapeno Chile, fried pork, 1 tomato, paprika, garlic salt pepper, lemon pepper to taste. simple but delicious.
