Answer:
Fry some onions. Then marinade the chicken with and with ginger and garlic paste, salt and pepper, 2 spoons of plain Greek yogurt the fried onions, some raw onions. Add tandoori masala to it. Take some coriander, a green chili and grind it with a touch of lemon. Add this to the chicken. Leave it to marinade for about 2 hours. This marination will make the chicken tender and juicy!
Rap it in some foil.
Then leave it to cook for about 30-45 minutes in the oven.
Sprinkle some coriander on top of the chicken. Serve with nan bread and also you can have some yogurt, pinch of salt with cucumber cut in cubes.
Hm mm Hm mm...
i have my special way of doing it a hammer works..i make it thin and have ..ritz crakers are a coating..
u need 2 mix all these, put in microwave for 4 minutes, mixing every minute:
can of heinz tomoto soup
tub of yogurt
bottle of tabasco or west indian hot sauce
lime + lemons
salt + pepper + gurum masala(lots)
Well..........this is a creative one and a wild guess.
Clean the chicken, and marinate with salt, red chillie powder, turmeric, and red color ( I dont know what its called). and keep this aside for 1-2 hours before u cook the meal. This marination helps the chicken to abrorb the color to give it the red color.
Make a paste of the following: garlic, ginger, onion, and chillies, some garam masala, cumin powder, and oil.
Sautee the paste in medium heated oil. Add the marinated chicken pieces. If u like u can add tomatoes or lime to get the tangy taste. Garnish with cilantro. Eat with Nan or plain white rice.
16 oz sour cream, a can of tomato sauce, garlic, hot pepper, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala mix it all together and then add the chicken rub in very good. if u want it extra spicy put the chicken tandoori masala mix box (optional).
Cut boneless chicken into bite size pieces put on a skewer and brush with oil that has salt and red chilly powder ( preferably kashmiri chilly for the great red colour ) mixed in it. Put under the broiler for 5 mins on each side. Top and bottom.
For 1 lbs of chicken use
1 onion preferably white, 2 steak tomatoes, 3/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbs ketchup, 3 tbs yogurt whisked, red chilly powder, pinch of sugar and kasuri methi if you have it.
Saute the first 3 ingredients in a couple of tablespoons of oil. When the onions get translucent add the ketchup, after 5 mins add the yogurt, another 5 and then the last three. 5 more mins
and add the chicken, !/2 a cup of water, 2 tbs cream and 1 tsp salted butter. Once it gets a slight shine check for salt add some more if you need to. Voila ! Chicken tikka masala without the need to marinate. Yipeeeeee
