Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(How do you pronounce "Tso" as in General Tso's Chicken (chinese dish)?),it will help you,my kids.

Is it Tso like Ho, Ho, Ho or does it sould like how at then end.

Answer:
The General's actual name is a Chinese sound, so it's hard to represent in English; some people us "Tso" and others use "Cho" or "Chow"....If you say "Te-Tse-Chi-Oh" really quickly you'll be getting close. His name was actually "Zuǒ", and he was a Qing dynasty fellow.

PS A group of inquisitive journalists recently tracked down General Zuǒ's family, and they had no idea he had a chicken dish named after him!
it's so......general "so"
I've heard it pronounced "so"
I was once in a Chinese restaurant and the waitress pronounced it "cho" but I always say "Tso" with the "t" sound in front.
"Tso" Say So... although to find the proper way of saying it ask someone at the restatruant!
its general so chicken, my mom loves that dish!!
So.
