Fried rice is delicious, and amazing as well !
2 eggs, beaten.
1 cup thawed frozen carrots and peas.
Any meat of your choice, about 3/4 cup.
Olive oil.
One scallion, chopped.
About 4 cups of rice.
Salt and pepper, to taste.
Heat a frying pan under medium heat. Add about one tablespoon of olive oil. Add the beaten eggs and scramble it, but not thoroughly. It will finish cooking later on.
Heat a frying pan under medium heat. Add about 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Throw in the chopped scallion and saute for about a minute. Add the diced meat and saute it for about two minutes. Add the rice and stir that up with a big spatula. Add the veggies and eggs and fry until the eggs are done. Add soy sauce, if desired and salt and pepper to taste.
Serve up in a big bowl topped with more scallions.
Enjoy !

Hey I am Chinese and this is how you cook fried rice. Take sticky rice and fry it then put fish sause and garlic and onion powder then eggs and butter. Add chinese sausage. For color put food coloring.
First you have to cook then cool your rice..brown your cut up meat, then saute your veggies with it...After that mix it all together(rice and veggie mixture) in a wok or frying pan with a little bit of oil, then warm it all together for 15 mins. or so.. Enjoy!!!

Scramble eggs and chop after cooking. Sauté chopped onion, green onion and carrots until done and mix with chopped scrambled egg and chicken. Break off chunks of steamed rice and mix with vegetable, egg and chicken. Add sesame seed and salt and pepper, stirring well. Add cream butter and soy sauce into the mixture, stirring well until done. Makes one serving.

Cook your rice with a piece of fresh ginger; that will give it a very nice perfume. Remove it after it's done. Let the rice cool down completely; while it is warm it will continue soaking in moisture and you could end up with mushy rice. Once cool/old use it for your favorite fried rice (eggs and vegetables). Use a large wok and heat up vegetable oil, beat some eggs and cook them scrambled. Add your fav veggies (already cooked and drained) and stir at very high heat. Add the rice and season with light soy sauce. I like to add chopped green onions and sprinkle with a little sesame oil to serve. Yum, delish.
