Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(How healthy is tempura compared to other fried foods?),it will help you,my kids.
For example, I love tempura shrimp and veggies, and I know Japanese cuisine tends to be healthier than say chicken strips and french fries, but is something like Tempura any more healthy than other breaded/fried foods?
Answer:
It's not healthy, because it's fried. However, the item that's BEEN fried might make it considerably better than French-fries! Pumpkin is better for you than potato, but still high in calories. Aubergine (a.k.a. egg-plant) is better, so are various peppers / pimans / capsicums! Plus there's nothing 'unhealthy' about prawns, or fish, until it's actually FRIED..!!
It's no healthier than fried chicken - but it IS a little healthier than the fried chicken that's full of grease and oil right through to the middle ... I don't know quite how it GETS like that though..!

Provided you only eat a small amount of tenpura, and have plenty of rice and maybe salad with it, you'll get a fairly good meal! But don't have pie & cream for dessert...!!!

Not at all. Tempura shrimp is fried shrimp and tempura vegetables are fried vegetables. Anything fried is bad all the way around.
LOL! It's just as healthy as the french fries sitting next to the salads at McDonalds! Oil is oil, and not the good stuff unfortunately. Tempura is just those things the Japanese eat sparingly.
When you dip the tempura into the sauce, it washes some of the oil away... but you loose the deep fried cruchyness.
Sorry, no. Just as bad. Culprit is the fat.
