Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(How is "bruschetta" pronounced?),it will help you,my kids.
Answer:
It is pronounced "open faced tomato sandwich"
"Broo-shetta"
Brew Shetta
or
Brew Sketta
are both correct
Broo-shetta but if you wanna be real Italian it's broo-chay-ta
bru shet ta
brew (like beer) shet (like shhh & like vet or net minus the syllables) a (like uh)
You can hear it here: http://www.webster.com/dictionary/brusch...

bru like brew. schetta like shetta, jetta, letta...LOL
In true Italian pronunciation, the "ch" in the word has a hard "C" sound, like Cat...so, if we do it properly, it would be :broosh - ket - ta
99% of the previous posters are mistaken.
The letter formation of "-ch" in Italian is a hard C/K sound...and not a soft "shhhh" sound. So it's always pronounced "Brew-SKEH-ta."
Drives me crazy when waiters in Italian-American restaurants misprounce it! They of all people should know better.
P.S. - Here's another one: Latte is not a coffee you order. Latte is the Italian word for milk. Caffe' Latte is the correct way to say it. Be careful when ordering in Italy.
"brew" "shet" "a"
Bru-SKET-tah. and I'm not italian but love italian food.
broo - shet - tah
:-)
brew-sket-ta is the proper way to say it.
In Italy - "Brew-skeh-tah".
Outside of Italy - "Brew-sheh-tah."
Sometimes it's easier to just use the butchered English pronuncation to get your point across. Otherwise you risk being "put in your place" by a "know-it-all" waiter. Another great one is "gnocchi". I've heard about a million different pronunciations of that word in English-speaking restaurants.
It is pronounced Broo-sket-tuh. the sket rhymes with get, and the tuh rhymes with duh. I know because I am Italian, 3rd generation born in america.
As someone already said -- but their point doesn't seem to be getting across since people keep saying OH ITS BRU-SHET-A -- the "CH" in Italian is pronounced like a hard C or K in English.
It's brus-KET-ta - when there is a double consonant such as "tt" in Italian (as in most other languages besides English), both t's have to be pronounced. So if you're in Italy, order it that way. In the US, I think you're better off pronouncing it "brushetta" just so you don't come off as a snob. Unless you actually are Italian...
bruschetta is pronounced brus ket.ta
