Chana dal is smaller split version of chikpeas
Um..I dont know. Im allergic to Chana ne dal.

Channa dhal is more like split peas.

Toor dhal is yellow split peas.

Chick peas are chick peas.

Masoor dhal is red split lentils

Moong dhal is the seeds that bean sprout are grown from.
