I've had hummus in my fridge for up to 3 weeks after I've opened it. If you want it to stay fresh you can always put the open container in a ziploc bag too.. keep it extra fresh
homemade hummus lasts like 5 days .. store bought seems to last forever ... ok, like 1 and 1/2 weeks.
Max 3 days. Otherwise, there is this weird oil that gets created around it.
about a week or so...until green stuff starts growing on it or it smells funkier than usual...
