Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(How much Umeboshi should be consumed in a day?),it will help you,my kids.

This is a question for Japanese, or anyone else who is familiar with Japanese Cuisine. I am not asking to be a pig I like to have at least one or two during every meal. I was wonder if there was really any limit to how many you should eat and if there any bad thing that could happen if you eat too many in a day.

Answer:
By taking 10 grams of umeboshi we can neutralize the acidity created by consuming 100 grams of sugar.

So for every 100 grams of sugar you have in a day, you can have 10 grams of Umeboshi.

The amounts you listed would not be harmful to you.
The salted ones might raise your blood pressure but any of the preserved or pickled ones and if your only consuming 1 or 2 a day it would be almost benefical.

Think of the vitamin C, iron, potasium, and minerals.
I lke mine at breakfast with rice or in miso soup.
The amount that you are talking about seems ok. I would think that if you overeat, your stomach would give you a warning :)

Watch out for too much salt though, if you have high blood pressure.
