how much would 100grams of cereal look like in terms of like a bowl...and a chicken breast...im confuseddd!
Answer:
100 grams is about 3.5 ounces which is weight.
Not to be confused with measuring cups which gives you volume which is also in ounces.
How cereal looks in a bowl is a measure of volume so it's depends upon the cereal...
For example, the serving size for Special K is 3/4 cups weighing about 1.1 ounce.
So 3.5 ounces of Special K is about 2.4 cups (that's a big bowl!)
For chicken breast, the general rule of thumb is to compare to a standard deck of playing cards. A serving of meat about that size (a deck of playing cards) is 3 ounces.
A bit hard to explain on here! You would need to see it. But I do know it's not alot of cereal & a very small chicken breast.

100g is about a small chicken breast. 1 ounce = 28 grams (or there abouts)
4OZ OR 0.1 KG
Whith this link you'll see that an average portion of cereals for an adult is about 40grams.
You will notice on the side of the box the calories per portion and the averate portion per serving for adult.
go get a packet of your favorite cereal, read the packet label it will tell you how heavy the contents are and say its 300 grammes for the packet then imagine a third of the packet size and that will be 100g.
If you go to a supermarket and pick up a small chicken breast look at the weight on the label and if its 250 grammes imagine 100 to be a little less than half of the one your looking at.
5-6 tablespoons of anything would give you approx. 100 g - try with flour to be precise
3.5 oz...also here is a URL for other conversions.

About 3 and 1/2 ounces.
Pretty meagre
4oz = 113.4g
Nearly four oz. Too much cereal for one helping and not enough chicken.
many years ago, ABC-TV used to play a little educational song during Saturday morning cartoon programming. The song included this line, "a meter's a little more than a yard, a gram is a paperclip". So 100g is about 100 average-sized paperclips (not much if you're hungry!
A small chicken breast
Quite a lot of cereal.
well its less than 101 grams but more than 99 grams if this is confusing best stop at home till the doctor comes
