For me, an American, 100mL is almost a half cup. So for you I can only suggest that half of a tea/coffee cup would get you the amount of water you need.
I would say that is around 1/2 of a mug (the kind you have for tea/coffee) but I don't think it hurts to add a little more water.
A treble Whisky size i reckon.
50 5ml spoon fulls
It's 20 teaspoons.
1 teaspoon = 5ml
Have you a little medicine cup?
Wash it well first!
They have markings on the side, usually 5, 10 ,15, and 20 ml.

All these people who say "half a cup"....that's all very well if you knew what size cup to use! It's a standard US measure, but not in the UK, where cups come in all sorts of sizes!

100 mls = 0.42 of a cup (standard size).
Half a cup will do nicely.

Oh, and DO invest in a measuring jug! Takes all the guesswork out. Oh, and jamie here to help, you really MUST work on your arithmetic!
