Oh how fascinating! What's it called? I love finding old cookbooks. That being said, it's only worth a lot of money to only the right person. I've bought some from 70 years ago for 25 cents at yard sales. I consider those a HUGE bargain for what I was getting. I would have gladly paid $5 for it.

You can check with your local culinary schools or antique bookstores for its value. look them up on your yellowpages. If you're in Miami, I'd suggest Books & Books in Coral Gables.
You can have an auction house look that info up for you. Should be worth something good. I would love to hear some recipes from it.
