Kgs can be converted to pounds (lbs) by multiplying by 2.2 .
Example -- a 5'10" women's IBW is calculated as follows:

This number, 150lbs, is the IBW of a 5'10" women. "IDEAL" means just that, it is generally considered acceptable to be less then 120% of that ideal weight.
Example -- 150lbs x 1.2 = 180lbs.
1 kilogram = 2.2 pounds
2.2 kilograms= 1 pound
