Answer in milligrams would be useful to compare to RDA values.

Answer:
If they are really from Vietnam, they will make there own soup stock, there is a trace amount of salt 100-200 milligrams. (1/4 teaspoon)

Soya sauce, Pho base and the preseasoning of the meat is also to be considered, so taste it first some time it can sneak up on you, coriander and chilis can take that bite away
4 million milligrams? How am I supposed to know?
ask the cook! usually you can't tell because the soup is made in a huge pot and usually when you order they will use what ever amount to put in the bowl depending on the size of bowl you want.
