it all depends on who cooked it...maybe some have more and some have less.
Too much...i dont know....who cares anyway?
Home made has less than store bought. Just make sure you eat it without a tortilla or bread. And brown rice instead of white rice.
Each person can have about 2000-3000mg of salt aday (if i still remember from my nutrition class) mexican beans and rice is packed with carbohydrate and salt probably 26mg +/-
