when i go into chinese markets i can always find dried lemongrass in the package. how can i do this at home?

You can even dry it in your oven on the lowest heat with the door open to let the moisture out, just cut it into three inch lengths on a wire rack in the sun or if you want to do a larger amount buy a dehydrator good luck..
Get a dehydrator
Don't let humidity get to it. Keep in a cool dry place.
hang it up side down out doors. just like with flowers.
