Most important in Shushi is fresheness,
Japan is an Island sourrounded by fish,
but they also liove exotic foreign fish.
Shushi is a dish , adiscipline and and an art,
eat your favorite with Sake!

Answer:
I agree with you.Sushi does seem to be an art form when well made and beautifully presented. The Japanese are masters at including all the senses in simple things-food,gardening,even their tea ceremony.
yes
sushi
freshness
surrounded
love
foreign

Sushi rocks!

Oh and spelling mistakes aside, I completely agree with you!
Absolutely!
darn it
i made myself mad
How much Sake have we had tonight?
Ick. It is full of parasites! That's why laser surgery is so popular in Japan...They have to keep killing the assorted worms that grow inside from the uncooked fish!! Enjoy!!
I think it is the kind of stuff that you feed to the animals in seaworld. When did it become a good idea to eye up a raw dead fish and eat it?
yes, it is beautiful
Nope!. Not for me.
I imagine that the ONLY way that I could make myself eat raw fish is if I were inebriated.
I don’t drink anymore so…YUCK!
Discipline. WHAT discipline?
What discipline does it take to get liquored up and eat raw fish.
Where’s the art?
You should see me eat spaghetti. Now THAT’S art.
I won’t be arrogant and correct your spelling as one individual did.
In her arrogance she corrected the spelling of a word that didn’t need correcting.
Sushi is GOOD!!! The guy who hates it must be Italian, around here they're notorious for hating sushi. I don't like their food much, too much lactose and it makes me ill.

Heeeere fishy fishy.
i agree that sushi is an art. it's a delicious art. this comes from personal experience. i am a sushi chef at one of my town's best sushi bars, and i take great pride in plating all of my rolls. i also think that if a food looks good, it'll taste even better. i would never send out a plate of sushi that looks sloppy. it just wouldn't be pleasing. appearance is everything when making sushi, and the taste makes it all the more enjoyable.
sushi is awesome and as far as I'm concerned the numb nuts who said its bad for you because it has paracities needs to do us all a favor and jump off a cliff. sushi is good for you. for the brain for the skin for every part of your body. have you ever noticed how long the Japanese live and how skinny and young they lookand how healthy they are. it because fish is good for you. YEAH SUSHI BEST FOOD EVER.
Yeah.. i agree with you totally. Personally admire the unique creativity of different chef in presenting their own version of sushi / sashimi. Its definitely a form of art.
true, they have worked more hard on presentation then taste and variety in taste.
Sushi and Japanese dining in general excites as much of the 5 senses as possible - taste and smell obviously but there is also sight, texture and sound. try dining at a tippenyaki style restaurant a good one will pay attention to the smallest details. even the chopsticks will have a diffrent color and weight.
Claro que si.
