The restaurant salsas are always so delicious.
Answer:
This recipe is as good and as simple as you can get.
Get about 4 Roma Tomatoes
2 Jalapenos peppers
a clove of garlic
fresh cilantro
(some onion if you wish)
Add everything except the cilantro to some boiling water and boil it until the tomatoes start to bust open and appear mushy.
Then remove with a spoon and place all the ingredients into a blender. Add Salt and blend for about a minute or 2.
Done.
Mexican Restaurant Salsa
32 ounces whole stewed tomatoes
1 can (4 ounces) sliced jalapenos (undrained)
1 tablespoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons granulated garlic
Warm tortilla chips sprinkled with seasoned salt
Combine all ingredients but chips in blender and process very briefly.

2 tomatoes chopped
1 or 2 small hot green peppers(depending how hot u like it)
tiny piece of crushed garlic
1 onion
little bit of olive oil
in a skillet pour a little olive oil and let it get hot then add the onions to let them cook until they r light golden brown-white then add the chopped tomatoes and peppers and garlic and stir them then put a lid on the skillet for about 10 mins then stir again and its done, u can even add a little lemon juice to make it sour or a little ketchup to make it thicker and sweeter. as u like u can make adjustments but this is how i make it
I will strongly recomend buying a can of simply salsa by Tastefully Simple all u need to add is a can of chopped tomatoes and is as fresh as u can et it and absolutelly delicious not only that but the condiments they have are natural no MSG like most salsas at the store!! go to www.tastefullysimple.com
