Is it the same as what we call "bumbar" here in Cyprus? A lamb's intestines are well washed with vinegar and plenty of cold running water. Then filled with a mixture of rice, groud beef, spices etc. Boiled first, and then either fried, grilled or baked in the oven. mmmmmmmmm
