how can i advertise it, what i do to beat chinese rest. prices?
Answer:
More info is needed to answer your question.
Is it a restaurant? Are you just trying to sell food out of your house? If you are, I think it is a bad idea. Most people would not be willing to buy Asian food made from someone's home kitchen, when there are so many Asian restaurants to choose from.
You need to have a legitimate business, that is inspected by public health inspectors, and your kitchen has to be licensed.
As far as prices, check and compare with all Asian restaurants in your area.
Thai or Malaysian - those would get my votes. Mango chicken is AWESOME!
Just show pictures of the food - it's beautiful and probably more healthy than Chinese. Advertise no MSG, push the health benefits as everyone is health conscious these days. Show stuff with veggies, advertise a vegetarian menu, dress your waitstaff in ethnic costumes. Make going to your restaurant a visual delight as well as a culinary one.
Chinese restaurants around where I live have a buffet - maybe that wouldn't hurt either.
Good luck!
