Here are some friends with simlar question as we.And I have this question for many days,anyone help us?

It has peanut butter, peanuts & cucumbers in it & a little spice of chili flakes. Really yummy.

Answer:
COLD SESAME NOODLES

1/2 c. smooth peanut butter
1/2 c. hot water
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. sugar
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
Seeded, julienned cucumber for garnish
Chopped scallions for garnish
Shredded carrot for garnish

Combine peanut butter and water in blender. Add soy sauce, vinegar, oil, sugar, garlic and red pepper. Blend well. Serve over cooked, cooled noodles. Garnish.
ENTREE OPTION: Add chicken and broccoli; marinate cooked chicken in sauce at least 1 hour. Cut into bite-size pieces and toss with noodles and broccoli. Serve over approximately 10 oz. cooked Oriental noodles or spaghetti.
