Then you could offer the meat as a specialty product and advertise to the various mosques in St Louis/Memphis/Little Rock. During big holidays, they'll buy whole butchered goats & sheep for feasts, Or they routinely buy whole animals, then divide it up among parishoners.
Also, every college in the US has Muslim students and international students from countries who eat goat (since Americans don't typically eat goat). You could advertise in their online student newspapers.
