Does anybody know of any recipes that are New England based and are Kosher as well?

Im doing a foods project and help would be highly appreciated because I cant find a damn recipe that is New England based and Kosher.

Answer:
Chowder doesn't have top be made with clams.

Baked beans don't need bacon or ham.

Boston Brown Bread has no animal products, so it's already kosher.

The idea is to do precisely what Jews have done around the world for some millenia - use local ingredients and local ideas and adapt them to the laws of Kashrut.
Well seeing that traditional New England food and kosher foods are not really compatible I can see why you are having trouble. The best bet is to adjust the traditional New England foods to make them kosher. Vegetarian baked beans, corn chowder are just some ideas.
