Answer:
PANCIT: Filipino noodle dish

Serves 4

Ingredients:

1 small sliced green cabbage
2 thin-sliced carrots
2 sliced stalks of celery
1/2 lb. snow peas
1 small sliced yellow onion
1 lb. sliced chicken breast or pork
1/2 lb. peeled shrimp
1 8oz. can of chicken or pork broth
1 cup soy sauce
1 16oz. bag of Rice thin noodles (soaked in hot water and then drained when it's already soft)

METHOD:

In a one big pan, boil chicken or pork until done.

Saute with onion and 1/2 cup of soy sauce for about 5 minutes, and then add the carrots and celery and cook for about 5 minutes.

Then add the snow peas and cabbage and cook for another 5 minutes, put aside.

In another big cooking pan, simmer your broth with 1 Tbls. cooking oil and add 1/2 cup soy sauce. Let it boil the broth one time and then add your drained noodles to the broth. Stir occassionally.

Then add your vegetables when noodles are cooked. Stir them all together and let cook for about 10 minutes.

Serve hot.
