Answers:
You didn't mention where you are so it will be hard for anyone to give you a specific answer. The only kind of sushi wrapper I know if is Nori, which is the dark seaweed wrapper that maki is wrapped in.

You should be able to find this at asian markets and possibly at health food stores that sell groceries.

Other Answers:
There are the traditional sushi wrappers made out of seaweed, which can be found in any asian food market and some health food stores.
I went to http://www.sciencenews.org/articles/20050806/food.asp
But i did not see where they have been released on the market yet. Thanks for posting your question as I never knew they existed and am a great sushi lover, it is an item I will be looking for in the future.
I think I have seen them at the Natural Food Coop here in Sacramento.
they're strips of dried seaweed... most asian grocers have them i think
