Does anyone have a recipe for Marlay Chicken. They serve it at a chinese restaurant that I love, but is quite a long drive for me. It has a sweet, crunchy coating on it. No nuts or anything crazy.

2 teaspoons honey
Salt to taste

Directions
Combine 1 tablespoon of the cornstarch with ? cup water. Add the five-spice powder, soy sauce, wine vinegar, cayenne and honey. Mix well. Add the chicken pieces and marinate 4 hours or overnight.

Remove chicken from marinade. Dredge chicken in the remaining 2 tablespoons cornstarch. Heat about an inch of vegetable oil in a skillet over high heat. Cook chicken in batches until browned. Drain on paper towels.
