Usually in the Latino neighborhoods, there are tortillerias where they make the tortillas and distribute them, they usually sell unprepared masa for tamales.
in a latino store i guess or walmart
Go to Walmart. It will be somewhere near the flour or else by the Mexican food. It comes in a paper thing that is the same size and shape as flour. it will say Masa Harina on the package.
H.E.B. should have it in their Mexican Isle
