A good place to do so would be ebay. A better way would be to publish it and have books to sell (again, on ebay would be a good place to start).

I would be interested in your recipes if they are truly good, authentic mexican food. I live in North Dakota, and we are hard pressed to get the types of food I have had on the Mex-Tex border, or when I have gone to Mexico...

I agree that Ebay would be the way to go. I for one would be very interested if you really have authentic stuff and not the taco bell crap that some people try to pass off as Mexican food.
