peppers
I'm Mexican what we use is cilantro, tomatos,>oregano,garlic(ajo),onion,chil... powder,&crushed red peppers.............That's what my hubby has on hand.
My granma always has chiles (peppers), garlic, onions, tomateos, cilantro, and salt on hand. She also always has cinammon for sweet foods and even tea. I think it's better to keep it simple for better tasting food. Alot of hispanics use bullon/consume... not a good idea, it contains MSG.
Chile (jalapeno, poblano, serrano, pasilla, anchote, de arbol)
tomatoe, tomatillo, garlic, onion, cilantro, comino, Mex. oregano
chicken bouillon
These are the basics. Enjoy!
onions, tomatoes, chili, jalapeno, gaucamole, chorizo, rice, beans, sour cream, and much more.
