Answer:
I would say fried chicken... any type... KFC, Popeye's... Even Albertson's has good fried chicken.

The fried chicken I crave the most is what I've found in San Francisco's Chinatown at the BBQ delis.

The chicken has a nice crunchy batter coating with a mild garlic, ginger flavor. The chicken meat is moist and juicy. Finger licking good!
meat and chocolates
Uhm... it's not ethnic really, but...

My name is Ali, and I have a gummi bear problem.

Feels better getting that off my chest.
I love,love,LOVE Roast Beef,in a matter of fact,which reminds me I have some left!*runs off to make a sandwich*

I crave baba ghanouj and hummus when I'm hungover and buffalo wings & chicken chow mein when I'm feeling good. I crave Bryers chocolate ice cream and Cheetos when it's "that time of the month" and pickles with Lortab (yeah, pickles are great after you take a Lortab) when I have an illness. It just depends on what my body is going through...
I've recently discovered in my neighborhood a hole in the wall Venezeulan restaurant that serves the most amazing paella, arepas and empanadas that I have ever had in my life - don't forget the yummy garlic dipping sauce! Gotta have it at least once, twice a week.
Craving something salty? I find the potato chips.
Craving something sweet? Anything with Chocolate on it!
