I live in Fla and for all the tea in china i cant think of a Fla anything
maybe we can make up something like Fla Duck. Hmmm sounds good to me.

Answers:
I think Ontario has Maple Syrup, but I know that Quebec makes a lot of it too, I'm not too sure, most of our famous food is lumped together into "Canadian" like back bacon.

Hey you have Florida gators, you eat those right?
lol

Other Answers:
There's always Rice-A-Roni, the San Francisco treat. BTW, I don't know anybody here who eats it.

California cuisine.

?I'm originally from California (live in Japan now, lots of 'Japanese this and that') and we have California Raisins, Ca. prunes, Ca. oranges, Mendocino Mustard, Napa Valley wines, California Cuisine... Does all that count? Hmmmm... Fla, what about "Key Lime pie"? (Key West, Fla?)(*^o^*)? indian bread

We don't seem to have anything in Quebec that carries the name as previously stated.
I can't think of anything from my home province of New Brunswick either.
Now stating that we have some of the most delicious things coming from New Brunswick. Lobster is number one. Seafood in general is pretty good from this area. I have had wild mussels back home and they are to die for.We also have fiddlehead greens.
We have regional cuisine of course but I guess we don't want to admit it.
Would you claim the poutine? Either version.

Jersey tomato Florida sorry all you got is Oranges!
Idaho has it's spuds, Boston has it's beans, Texas beafsteak tomatoes.
California has raisins, also cheese, wine..
Wisconsin has cheese. Nebraska corn, (husky's)
Maine lobsters...Rhode Island Reds (hens)
Vermont maple syrup.
