Do you know to to cook 'em? =)

Answer:
Chilaquiles are a traditional Mexican dish consisting of fried tortilla chips, bathed in green or red salsa or mole. and broiled or grilled with a cheese topping. Sometimes chicken strips are mixed into the sauce, or the dish can be served with a fried egg on top or a strip of meat alongside. They are most commonly eaten at breakfast time. Unlike nachos which are served as a crispy snack, chilaquiles are a main dish and are not served until the tortilla chips are thoroughly soaked and softened by the salsa. This makes them a popular recipe for stale chips or those with a bad taste as the other flavors mask the chips.
Preheat oven to 350°. Spread the tortilla chips on glass or oven proof baking dish, pour the salsa evenly on top of the chips. Pour the sour cream, making sure it spreads out evenly as well. Pour the cheese on top. Place it in the oven for 25 minutes. Take it out and enjoy!!!!!
Easy Microwave Chilaquiles [4 serv; ready in 17 min]

1 3/4 cups enchilada sauce
1 (7-1/2 ounce) bag corn tortilla chips
2 cups sour cream
12 ounces shredded queso asadero (white Mexican cheese)

Cover the bottom of a shallow microwaveable dish, with some of the enchilada sauce. Arrange a layer of tortilla chips on top. Follow with another layer of sauce, then a layer of sour cream. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Repeat layers to use up all ingredients, finishing with cheese on top.
Cook in the microwave on high for 2 minutes, or until cheese has melted throughout. Serve immediately.
This is how I make them:

first I make a quick salsa:
1 large roma tomato, 3 to 4 serrano chiles, 1/2 clove of garlic and 1/4 small onion are put in a roasting pan and put under a broiler until they are cooked thru...a couple of minutes.then I scrape that into a molcajete and pound it down to a salsa, adding salt and cilantro to taste.

I usually use store bought tortillas because home made ones are too thick...i fry them up like tostadas and then set them aside to drain...i leave about 1 tablespoon of oil in the saucepan...i put the saucepan on high and let the oil heat up.then i add the sauce..add about 1/2 cup of either chicken stock or 1/2 cube of Knorr Chicken Consomme..when it is not quite enough to cover a back of a spoon...i add cheese.i like any type of melting cheese.chihuahua or monterrey Jack in a pinch.let it melt and when it is all runny...taste again for salt..and get all the chips together in a large platter..i pour all the chile/cheese mixture over the chips....if i am in a big hurry and very hungry.i eat the chips while still a little crispy/crunchy with a couple of soft spots..if not...then i place the platter under a broiler to soften up the chips....then eat with a fried egg and beans on the side...
