"Ox tails" are hardly organs. Perhaps you need some anatomy lessons? If you prefer to restrict your diet to muscles of other animals, that is your prerogative. But what is your logic for that?

UPDATE: Dr.Education was kind enough to inform me by e-mail that "chitterlings" is American for "intestines". Perhaps he did not catch my use of the word "muscles" to describe steak, the part most "normal" Muricans lust after. Im my country (where I am from), we fill intestines with ground up left over organ meat & cereal, twisting them off every six inches or so, and we call these "sausages" and fry them for breakfast. What do you do in your country? I'm all ears. (Ears go good in sausages, too!)

UMMMMM, not only no but hell no. EWWWW!!! I eat liver.and Hots dogs & potted meat, Head cheese.I have ate cow brains & bull nuts when I was little with my Dad... Unknowingly But, hey it didn't kill me...The brains & nuts were pretty good with eggs...Thanks
Yes, all of the poultry giblets (kidney, gizzards, heart, liver), beef liver, etc. I also had raw swordfish livers once.
I do like liver (beef and poultry), oxtail, and tongue (beef). Brains I'm neutral on - I used to like head cheese alright, but there are health risks associated with consuming those portions of the animal identified now. I also used to love pickled pigs feet, but had to cut those out because of the sodium.
I dislike kidneys and chitlins (chitterlings, tripe, menudo - whatever name you call it, if it's cooked badly it tastes like its' previous contents) because unless they are superbly cleaned they don't cook well.
i love chicken livers in pate, chicken livers on crostini, in a salad of frisee & figs, grilled Japanese style...
oxtail soup/stew was one of Julia Child's favorite so i made it and it is delicious!
