I have spent some time working at a Pizza Hut, and I gotta say that I loved it for the most part.
Good:
* Working with friends.
* Staff discount.
* The product. I'm probably biased, but I really do believe that our store had the best chain pizzas in town.
* The initial training.
* The standards guidlines.
* Not having to wake up early.
Bad:
* No follow up training (revision).
* The tendency to let standards slip.
* Unfair wages for delivery drivers against their car expenses required to keep job. To be fair, this isn't the sole fault of Pizza Hut.
* But it was Pizza Hut that initially lowered the prices all those years ago and started the discount price wars that we have now (in Australia anyway).
Improvement:
* Re-test/re-train staff. Reinforce the need for maintaining standards.
* Stop thinking about HSC figures and remember that there are people (customers)>And.........
Go Pizza Hut!
All of our Pizza Huts have been closed and demolished...(N.W. FL )
good-their pizza is ok
bad-they took more than 2 hours to deliver
what can they do better-better pizza ,better service,
better prices.
I hate everything about Pizza Hut. The pizza is absolutely horrible, service takes forever, and it's expensive for what you get. They're one of the only national pizza chains in this area, and their pizza doesn't even compare to the local pizzerias. If you want good, real pizza, come to Buffalo-I'll take you around town, you'll never want Pizza Hut pizza again.
Good - it is a good place to take a bunch of kids for a party or after a sports event.
Bad - it is usually dirty and noisy because of so many kids.
