Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(Recipe for a really good (hot) asian sauce?),it will help you,my kids.
Answers:
I make a saté sauce, the hot Asian peanut sauce, with peanut butter, milk, water, sugar, soy sauce and somethnig hot (I use saabal oolek, and quite a bit of it). Put the peanut butter into a pan, heat it up, when it softens add the rest of the ingredients, and cook until it thickens, adjusting the amounts as necessary.
Other Answers:
Sweet and Sour Sauce
3/4 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. oil
2 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce or salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper
Pinch of MSG (optional and I don't reccommend it)
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. powdered ginger
3 tbsp. chopped white onion
2 tbsp. chopped bell pepper, (red is sweet and what I prefer)
1 tbsp. chili sauce, (more if you want it hotter)
1 med. chopped tomato
Combine all ingredients in saucepan and heat to boiling until tomatoes are squishy. If you want this sauce to be thick, add some cornstarch mixed with cold water. Cool before serving.
