I would like to try some.
Unfortunately, most of the labels and descriptions are in Polish and I cannot tell what many of the products are.
The sausages and hams look particularly good. I know about kabanos but there are other types of sausage variously described as juniper, Silesian, country, & hunter's amongst the produce that might be worth exploring.
Apart from sausages are there any other Polish foodstuffs that can be recommended. The mustards and horseradish sauces also look enticing but I cannot tell which from which with the foreign labelling.
I have an adventurous palate and appreciate all spices whether hot or not, and any recommendations for Polish food would be welcomed.

Zupa ogórkowa - soup of salted cucumbers, usually with meat
Czernina is a Polish soup made of duck's blood and clear broth. I'm from Poland but I've never ate it, and i don't want to do this!
?urek is a soup made from rye flour and meat
Zupa szczawiowa is a soup with sorrel. In my opinion it's great!
Bigos is made of sweet cabbage and sauerkraut, several kinds of smoked and raw meats, wild mushrooms, juniper berries, peppercorns, onion and sour apples.
Kotlet schabowy - a pork chop
Kaszanka is a sausage made with blood. I'm vegetarian so I can't tell is it good or bad but my dad says it's delicious
Nale?nik is a type of thin pancake, usually served with sweet white cheese with sugar and sour cream or jam
Kasza gryczana buckwheat groats, served with sauces or fried lard
Baba wielkanocna - traditional Polish Easter cake made with almonds, nuts and raisins
Piernik is tough, darkbrown cake made with wheat and rye flour, milk, eggs, caramel and honey flavour with cinnamon and ginger
P?czek - closed donut filled with rose marmalade
Faworki are sweet crispy biscuits in the shape of thin folded ribbons, deep-fried and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Kutia - traditional Christmas dish, made of wheat, poppy seeds, nuts, raisins and honey
Kompot - a non-alcoholic beverage made of boiled fruit, optionally also with sugar. Served hot or cold.
Mizeria is a salad with cucumbers with sour cream
Oscypek - hard, salty, smoked cheese from nonpasteurized sheep milk

sorry, store wise i cant help you but if you ever go to poland or a polish american fair restaurant ect, you must try peroigis. i love those things. they are kinda like buttery ravioli but way better. i good make myself sick eating those!
first start with learning a few words ,and go from there ,a lot of the imported items arent used very much most people make it home made just like we do here ,i can find soup here but usualy make it home made ,there are probably items that you can find cheaper from here as well,the best bet is make some recipes and learn what some things are ,try what looks good and when you see someone buying just dont be afraid to ask ,i have done that many times good luck
If they have it try bigos it is a saurkraut stew and it is yummy

CRUST
shortbread (prepared from another recipe)
CHEESECAKE
4 cups dry curd cottage cheese, 2 lbs
1 tablespoon unbleached flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups sugar, Granulated
4 large eggs, Lightly Beaten
1/2 cup butter, Melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
CRUMB TOPPING
1 cup unbleached flour
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, Ground
1/4 cup brown sugar, Packed
1/4 cup butter, Melted
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Place the cottage cheese in a sieve and drain.
3. In a small bowl, mix the flour, salt, and sugar.
4. Set aside.
5. In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese with the eggs, butter, and vanilla.
6. Mix until well blended and smooth.
7. Add the dry mixture and blend well.
8. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust and set the cake aside.
9. Prepare the topping by sifting the flour, sugar, and cinnamon together.
10. Add the brown sugar and blend well.
11. Pour the melted butter over the topping mix and immediately stir with a fork to form small crumbs.
12. Sprinkle the topping mix over the surface of the cake and bake the cake for 50 minutes, or until done.
13. Cool to room temperature and then chill.
Haulupiki - meat and rice rolled up in a cabbage leaf and cooked in tomato sauce.
Perogi - Like ravioli with potato and cheese filling cooked in butter or saute with sauerkraut.
Sauerkraut soup - just like it sounds.
Polish your plate.
