at my a local Greek supermarket I picked up a little bad of (I think) flower, and on the front of the bag looks like it's a thin pizza dough.
I would like to know how to make it, can any one help?
My Spanish is a ZERO : )
Answer:
Argentinian faina' is a crepe-like thing, made of chickpea flour.
Search for "faina", and you'll come up with recipe.
The Italian equivalent is "pizzelle".
Rica=delicious
faina'=thick pancake
punch the ingrediants into a translator like babel fish: http://babelfish.altavista.com/...
Please note that babel fish will not give gramatically correct results the majority of the time and I don't recommend it for day to day translation, but it should work for translating single words. The results will be in literal translation, but for recipes it should be fairly easy to work with.
Ricafaina.is a chickpea flour.not for pizza as far as I know. Maybe you could use it for a Falafel..
