Here are some friends with simlar question as we.And I have this question for many days, anyone help us?
Kitty said: Yes.Should I report hygiene issues at an Indian Restaurant?-I try seach this on internet but no results found.Maybe this is a stupid question.
Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(Should I report hygiene issues at an Indian Restaurant?),it will help you,my kids.
I ate there for the first time last night, besides being generally unclean (greasy glasses, gross bathroom), I noticed two things that I didn't like:
1. They serve three "dips" with "chips" (pappadum). There were little pieces of broken chips in the dips--obviously they bring the same set of dips out for each table's use. Is this legal?
2. They serve the entrees on these little heating stands. The stands looked like they had never been cleaned--they were crusted with dried rice and sauce. Although it didn't actually touch the food, it seemed unhygienic.
Should I report them and will anything happen?
Answer:
Yes!!& don't eat there again.
yes report them, they will get an inspection and will have to clean up their act or get closed down
You should report them because if you don't somebody might get sick eating there.
and your complaint is??? DAMN !! call the health people right now.tell them its an emergency..wow...and you stayed there.I dont think so...good luck.
ughhh just imagine what that restaurant's kitchen looks like then lolol.
Yes Report them
Not just for your health but all their customers.
the dept Health "SHOULD" follow up with inspections
You will remain anonymous.
You will be doing your duty as a citizen.
the Health Rules are there for OUR protection.
Sure, However, the best thing would bee not to return to the restaurant to eat. This will naturally sove the problem, if no body eats not $$$$$, no restaurant.
Eat at home better control of food quality!
That is disgusting, it sounds like their recycling the dip that other people didn't finish. That is a major health code violation. Definately report them.
YUK!
PLEASE report them!
When an eating establishment is reported in Los Angeles, the County will come out and do an inspection. If they get rated below a D, they have to close down until the violations are fixed.
YES, PLEASE. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
YOU COULD'VE GOTTEN SICK. PLEASE PREVENT OTHERS FROM BECOMING SICK.
ABsolutely!
It is really up to you. The broken chips suggest they recycle what previous clients did not eat. And the dirty dishes... well... they should be cleaned always. REPORT!
