1/2 cup coconut milk

1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
DIRECTIONS:
-In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, coconut milk, water, lime juice, soy sauce, fish sauce, hot sauce, ginger, and garlic. Mix in the cilantro just before serving.
p.s you can exclude the hot sauce

i can coc0nut cream 400 ml
heat 1 cup of vege oil
add 1 bunch garlic and 3 large onions finely diced
when onions and garlic is clear add 2 tablespoon curry powder and dice chilli according to your heat preference
fry till fragrance and add the coconut milk
bring to boil and add the peanut butter
keep stiring with low heat now as the bottom can easily burnt due to the peanut sticking
add water to make the consistency you prefer
add 1 tablespoon salt and 1 cup sugar
turn off heat when boiled
