I love sushi - it may be my favorite food. I like a spicy tuna roll the best, but Philly rolls and good old fashioned California rolls are good also. These are good rolls to start with so you don't get scared away from what may be the coolest and healthiest concept in cuisine anywhere.
Try the California roll first. If you want to get into raw fish, start with Salmon and Tuna, they are both very mild and tasty.

I started with Philadelphia roll the one with cream cheese on it, then the California roll with caviar. But now I love Shrimp Tempura (Its great try it as soon as possible, I'm not kidding its great), I also love spicy tuna or spicy shrimp, and the spider roll (Crab).

I love the CA roll, cucumber and plum roll, salmon and cream cheese roll, tempura shrimp roll, egg salad, most seafood salad rolls, fatty tuna, shrimp...now you got me thinking of sushi. I might go get some:P

Being Japanese I adore sushi! I love almost all of them except the Tako ( Octopus) believe or not I am not huge fan of Tako.. just too rubbery for me.
