Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(What are the basic seasonings for fajitas?),it will help you,my kids.

I don't want a marinade per se..just need to know the basics.

Answer:
Use chicken or flank steak. Cut into strips. Saute onions and bell pepper in olive oil with a little garlic, pepper, cumin and chili powder. Add the meat. You can add a little more seasoning to your taste. Serve with warm tortillas and other garnishings (salsa, sour cream,. guacamole etc...)
lime juice, garlic and cilantro, sometimes salt & black pepper.

added to meat as a marinade prior to cooking. cook meat in whole pieces, slice before serving. serve in warmed flour tortillas with grilled or sauteed bell peppers & onions. top as you like (i.e. with salsa, guacamole, cheese, sour cream, green onions, chopped tomatoes/jalapenos, etc...)
I love things spicy, so when I make fajitas, I put in garlic, a little pepper, and some cajun seasonings. Check out the link for a whole bunch of fajita recipes. Maybe you'll find one that suites your taste buds! Good luck.
crushed dried oregano leaves (preferably Mexican oregano)
garlic, crushed
minced fresh cilantro
white onion, sliced
fresh lime juice
garlic cloves, crushed
Worcestershire sauce
chili powder
ground cumin
dried chiles de arbol, seeds & stems removed, crushed
ground black pepper
we use lemon pepper, garlic salt and meat tenderizer...thats it!!
