Ceviche- is a seafood dish that is "cooked" with lime juice. Normally with shrimp, onion, cilantro, tomato, and lime juice. Locro- is an edible flower, normally eaten with cheese in a pupusa (a quesadilla like food). Pozole is a stew. Made with pork and hominy. hope this helps.

Ceviche:
El ceviche se hace de un pescado llamado "sierra". El pescado se corta en cubos y se deja marinando en limón (de esta forma se coce el pescado). Se le agrega jitomate, cilantro, cebolla, oregano, sal, aceite de oliva, vinagre, catsup y un poco de refresco de naranja.
El pozole es hecho a base de granos de maíz, acompa?ada de carne de cerdo. Este platillo se sirve acompa?ado de rábanos, lechuga, limón, chile al gusto, oregano y tostadas.
