Pyrohy (Ukrainian perogies) and holubtsi (cabbage rolls) are my favourites. Not fave - chicken livers
ahhh! it's most defiantly moose steak with Zuni bread! that's the best and it's navjo(im navajo), but the nastiest thing Ive ever tasted was couscous!
I have tons of favorites. I'm open to just about anything - but if I had to choose I would probably pick either Pho (Vietnamese dish) or Italian pasta.

It's hard to say that any dish isn't somehow ethnic, since everyone has an ethnicity. Anyway, my favorite is b?rek (Turkish) and I dislike most Russian food (especially borshch).
