Here are some friends with simlar question as we.And I have this question for many days,anyone help us?

Daffodils on toast - sorry, I meant leeks!
Welsh lamb new boiled potatoes with butter and laver bread
and for a snack with a cup of tea Welsh cakes
A cornish pasty......well before it was called cornwall.... it was called West Wales......
Welsh Rare Bit (cheese on toast!)

with lots of tomato sauce!

followed by lovely Welsh cakes/drop scones
Bara Bread.

Pastai Bwmpen

veggie marrow, currants, nutmeg, sugar and vinegar in pastry
I love leek and butter bean soup, but I must say I have not been exposed to that much welsh cuisine, so perhaps I need to research that and try some more of their dishes.
Lava Bread with Bacon & Eggs, Welsh cakes
Love welsh lamb and at a loss as to why its almost impossible to buy in Sainsburys.
Seem to have it occasionally in butchery dept. but never a good choice... considering the number of sheep in Wales I am suprised.
Leeks with a Caerphilly cheese sauce.

welsh oggies...(delicious pasties)..followed by Bara brith spread with welsh salted butter.
chips cheese and gravey from chip alley in cardiff!
well seeing as i have a sweet tooth my favourite Welsh food is Welsh Cakes.... They are soooo delicious!
