Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(What breed of dog is best to use in a Korean curry?),it will help you,my kids.
Answer:
Keeshond (pronounced KAYZ-HOND) is the best breed for ANY recipe.
naughty - but made me smile lol
I prefer shitzu
It is either Red or Black dog...they actually raise them to eat...I was stationed in Korea and it is strange and sad to see a truckload of dogs going down the highway like chickens...but surprisingly dog isn't half bad...
Has to be a Pekinese of course :)
well...YUCKS!!
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
are you planning on making that curry here in the UK ... i think any dog will do the fatter the better ... best thing to do is feed it curry for a week before you kill it , this will add to flavour .. and dont boil it to much or flavour will be lost ... must admit though i cant see that special K-9 diet taking off some how !! and dont insult the dog by adding cat hup on it .. just serve with lice and peas
I m not sure but you can have mine if you want!
none sad person
Probably pure pedigree, as this would result in a higher quality meat. However if wanting traditional korean "dog" curry i would find a stray feed it up, then club it to death.
Clubbing is prefered as it allows the dog to get angry and there is more potential for the meat to become pumped up.
happy dog hunting
;-);-) lmao
Chow, and I'm not joking. Of course if it's just for a snack you could try Pekingese or possible Yorkshire terrier, and now I am joking.
Yeah, I gotta admit that this one made me giggle.. its WRONG but I giggled none the less !!!
haha, id say a pug cuz they look meaty.
what ever you have lying arond after marinating enough it all tasts the same. My mother met a family who rased housekats and ate them.
shock horror, dog curry you say. it never ceases to amaze me that people are so disgusted at the thought of using dog for food. here in this country we use chicken , and yes even ducks. dog may be pets to us but in some countries thay are no differant than us cooking a chicken.
use yr pet dog since u seem so intent on cooking a dog
you had your fun, I took my 2 point.
